| Looking for lifelong Buhund friend | | |
| Hello- My husband and I have been searching for a
Norwegian Buhund for a while. We live in a split
level house with four bedrooms on an approx one
fourth acre lot. Our back yard juts up to a park
and there is a twenty-five acre fenced in off
leash Dog Park within a five minute drive from
our home. It is part of a four thousand-nine
hundred acre park system. Both my husband and I
are fairly active and prefer to be outside as
much as possible. We have chosen this breed for
its behavioral traits, coat, and size. We will be
training our new friend, but not for show. We
will also be spaying or neutering; this will be a
family member and we are not interested in
breeding. Recently we found out that having
children will be extremely unlikely for us and
have chosen to adopt a four legged child instead.
